Mission Is Clear.
FIC
understands that small businesses face unique obstacles. Unfortunately,
these obstacles frequently occur at the most critical points of growth.
For small organizations, high-quality financial and strategic support
are often difficult to obtain. In addition, partnerships formed to
provide this support are often short-lived and poorly designed.
FIC
seeks to bridge this gap in skill and in partnership with our honed
understanding of small business issues. We execute our mission in two
ways. First, FIC may
purchase entire businesses when current ownership seeks an exit. Second, FIC
may partner with existing owners and management to support the company through
the next stages of development.
